If your moisturizer is right for your skin, you don't need to alternate with another moisturizer. However, if, for example, you feel the need to apply a lighter cream in the morning during the changing seasons, you can alternate with another moisturizer.

Also, if you want an extra layer of smoothing active ingredients, you can add the Radiance Serum to your routine. Occasionally, the Intense Hydration Mask can be applied whenever a need for hydration is felt to nourish and plump clean skin, without leaving a greasy film.

Dr. Sylvie Peres chose not to formulate a day cream and a night cream so that everyone can choose their moisturizer based on how they feel. This way, you can alternate between different moisturizers to vary the active ingredients and textures, or choose to use just one.

In your skincare routine, always apply your cream after a serum suited to your skin type. This helps maximize the effectiveness of your skincare and keeps your skin soft, supple, and comfortable throughout the day.

The ideal amount of moisturizer depends on your skin type and needs, but a small amount is generally enough for your face. Applying too much moisturizer won't provide any additional benefits and can even saturate the skin, reducing absorption of active ingredients.

For deep, effective hydration, opt for a natural moisturizer, applied to clean, healthy skin using gentle, upward strokes. This helps stimulate circulation and optimize the penetration of natural active ingredients.
