Dr. Sylvie Peres has created a minimalist ritual to fit easily into everyone's daily routine. The moisturizers in our skincare range are highly concentrated in natural active ingredients and essential fatty acids, making them suitable for both day and night use.

If your moisturizer is right for your skin, you don't need to alternate with another moisturizer. However, if, for example, you feel the need to apply a lighter cream in the morning during the changing seasons, you can alternate with another moisturizer.

Also, if you want an extra layer of smoothing active ingredients, you can add the Radiance Serum to your routine. Occasionally, the Intense Hydration Mask can be applied whenever a need for hydration is felt to nourish and plump clean skin, without leaving a greasy film.

Dr. Sylvie Peres chose not to formulate a day cream and a night cream so that everyone can choose their moisturizer based on how they feel. This way, you can alternate between different moisturizers to vary the active ingredients and textures, or choose to use just one.

In the evening, if you want extra hydration, you can apply theIntense hydration mask, from our natural care products, in a thin layer. Leave on overnight and rinse off the excess in the morning.

Formulated without unnecessary excipients, their formula meets all the skin's needs, especially hydration, which will be adapted to the skin type. Combination to oily skin needs hydration, but not as much as sensitive skin or mature, dehydrated skin.

Our skin follows the biological clock with much more cellular activity during the day, and like us, it rests at night. So, it seems to me that providing regular nutrients and hydration doesn't interfere with this protocol at all. Because at night, there can also be some dryness, and therefore the cream is perfectly suited to the evening ritual.

It is recommended to apply your moisturizer to clean, dry skin. After double cleansing, it is essential to dry your skin thoroughly by gently patting it with a towel. Applying to dry skin allows for better absorption of the moisturizing active ingredients.

For sensitive skin, this step is especially important to avoid irritation caused by surface water evaporation. Effective hydration plays a key role in strengthening the skin barrier and preventing dehydration.

In your skincare routine, always apply your cream after a serum suited to your skin type. This helps maximize the effectiveness of your skincare and keeps your skin soft, supple, and comfortable throughout the day.

The ideal amount of moisturizer depends on your skin type and needs, but a small amount is generally enough for your face. Applying too much moisturizer won't provide any additional benefits and can even saturate the skin, reducing absorption of active ingredients.

For deep, effective hydration, opt for a natural moisturizer, applied to clean, healthy skin using gentle, upward strokes. This helps stimulate circulation and optimize the penetration of natural active ingredients.
