Body and hair

Taking care of your body is essential. Incorporating self-massage into your daily routine helps keep your skin healthy, restore its radiance and tone, and reconnect with yourself.

Start by eliminating dead cells and activating micro blood circulation with theAll-apricot scrub.

Once the skin is exfoliated, you can apply a moisturizer. Depending on your skin's hydration needs, you can vary the textures by alternating thesummer garden radiance balm, L'nourishing rose petal oiland theinvigorating massage oil.

During pregnancy, our dermatologist recommends aminimalist ritual.

Here is the ritual:

Cleanse face and body with themango & avocado soapIt will also be suitable for baby's toilet.

To avoid stretch marks, moisturize the skin well morning and evening with thesummer garden radiance balmMassage using a rolling motion, stretching the skin from the back and thighs, to prepare it for distension.

On the face, if your skin has imperfections, I recommend applying morning and evening themoisturizer for combination skinon skin previously cleaned with soap.

I also recommend doing afruit acid peeling1 to 2 times a week to limit the appearance of imperfections.

Don't hesitate to adapt your moisturizer according to the changes in your skin during pregnancy. If it tends to dry out, apply thesensitive skin moisturizer.

Be careful, for various reasons, fats, sugars, and animal proteins are eliminated. Deficiencies therefore appear, and hair is the first to suffer.
