Alaena's Feathers: Eckhart Tolle, "The Power of Now - A Guide to Spiritual Awakening"

This book presents us with several challenges: if we succeed in being totally present and taking one step at a time in the present moment, if we also succeed in understanding the realities of our energetic body, letting go, forgiveness and the unmanifested, then we will be able to open ourselves to the transformative power of the present moment. At the heart of this teaching is the transformation of consciousness: by living in the present moment, we transcend our ego and access "a state of grace, lightness and well-being."
